Troy Murphy

Troy Murphy is a person with natural leadership, vision and creativity that pushes himself and those around him to try new things, test themselves, and go where they might not have gone. His early years of development, under his mentor of 15 years in student ministry at Willow Creek, were the fuel that propelled him into multiple areas of ministry and secular business where he taught, led teams, coached, and did strategic development.  Troy also currently serves as the Chaplain for the Green Bay Packers. 

With a down to earth style and a passionate heart, Troy connects with audiences and leaves them hanging on every word with stories, anecdotes and humor mixed in.

Troy’s desire is to pursue any opportunity to launch people and organizations toward spiritual growth. Working with others to accomplish their goals has allowed him to develop several areas of skills and abilities.

He is now on the Changeffect team in Chicago and continues to do a large amount of business through Launch137. Troy has a wife and four daughters.
